VILLA RESERVATION POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICIES

If you must cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 1 month prior to date of arrival to avoid a significant cancellation charge; there will be a 20% processing fee of the paid total amount.  If you call to cancel at least 7 days or longer in advance of the arrival date, 50% refund will be provided.  If you call to cancel less than 7 days in advance of the arrival date, no refund will be provided.  For all cancellation requests, please DO NOT e mail; please call +1 608 215 2521.

If you simply do not check-in (no-show), you will be charged the full amount.

CHANGE POLICIES

Date change requests need to be made as far in advance as possible by directly calling +1 608 215 2521 and will be accommodated based on availability.  We will try our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability, and the cancellation policy rates above will apply if we cannot accommodate the request for date change.

PET POLICIES

Dogs 20 lbs. or less are welcome free. Please ensure that you have a well-trained pet, who is also potty-trained.  For any room damages or cleaning requirements, fees may be charged.

EARLY ARRIVALS AND LATE DEPARTURES

We ask that guests contact us as far in advance as possible regarding early arrivals and late departures. If we are unable to accommodate your request, your luggage can be securely stored with our compliments.  

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is 2 pm.  Check-out time is 12 noon.  We can be flexible if there are no other guests.

VILLA RULES

  •  Unregistered Guests: Please do not bring any outsiders to the villa; this is strictly prohibited.  You may have one or two personal visitors, known to you, for a limited period of time, but they will be required to show their IDs to the staff, who will log their arrival and departure, and the staff may, if they feel it necessary, ask you to inform your guests to leave immediately.  These personal guests are not permitted to stay overnight without being documented as full-paying guests.
  • Sexual Abuse: Child entrapment and unwilling abuse is unfortunately a possibility and Thai laws strongly punish these crimes; we expect you to completely refrain from these for your own safety.
  • Illicit Drugs: We do not permit any illicit substances on property.  Please respect our national law on this.  We want you to enjoy your stay but will ask you to vacate and leave immediately if you violate this rule.  No refund will be provided.
  • Noise: Please enjoy the premises for fun and enjoyment, but do be mindful of the neighbors, as they will be of you; please, refrain from excessively loud music or noise after 10 pm, especially outdoors.
  • Durian: For your olfactory safety, and also for those who will follow you to the villa, please, no durian/jackfruit on the premises; the smell lingers for a prolonged period.
  • Smoking not permitted: No smoking anywhere indoors.  Not only is it unsafe for you, it is also a fire hazard.  If you do smoke indoors, we will need to deep clean the home and an additional charge of THB 5000 will be levied for this, as we have to pay an external company to provide this service.  You may smoke outdoors.
  • Child safety: Please be responsible for young children throughout the villa and the outside, including the pool.
  • Pets: One free pet allowed with advance clearance and permission and no bigger than 20 pounds in weight.  However, if your pet soils indoors, there will be a minimum cleaning charge of THB 1500.  Please pick up your pet’s excrement from the outdoor areas.
  • Do not flush sanitary napkins or other objects down any of the toilets.
